Very clean, Always stored indoor during winter time.
Bought new in 2015 and was parked on the same campground ever since ( so very little wear related to travel )
Everything works fine.
Never had any issue with the trailer.
I just took it out of storage and selling it because this year I won't be able to do any camping.
