-valid drivers license
-can travel outside of the city
-heavy machinery (forklift and snow clearing equipment)
-ability to load flat decks, step decks or vans
-knowledge of power tools, air tools and nail guns
-blueprints and able to follow
-task oriented, able to work alone or with others
- supervisor for 7 years at a woods shop (building crates and loading sea containers)
