It has a queen bed in the front, 3 pcs bathroom with shower, outside shower, A/C, forced air propane furnace, electic/ propane water heater, electric/ propane fridge freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, sleeps 6, maual awning in good condition, front and back stabilizer jacks, lots of storage, comes with heavy duty truck hitch, equalizer bars, deep cycle battery is about 3 years old, 2 full 30 lb propane bottles. Everything is is excellent working condition. I will throw in big camping mat, and and solar charger for battery. Asking 11000 but make me a reasonable offer!
