Older is OK as long as the screen is OK and it's priced reasonably.
I don't mind scratches on the case as long as it works.
The phone screen needs to be at least 6".
The tablet screen needs to be at least 10".
Other than that I'm not picky.
I'm open to most brands, Apple or Android.

Also looking for:
15" laptop with USB3, DDR3 or DDR4 ram.
Vertical mouse.
Hub: USB2/USB3 with each outlet switchable.
27"-32" monitor, nothing special needed, basic features are fine, flat or curved.
Monitor arm.
