Job description:
Table Preparation:
Sanitation and Order: Set up restaurant tables, paying special attention to cleanliness and order.
Customer Interaction:
Greeting Guests: Attend to customers as they enter the restaurant, welcoming them warmly.
Menu Presentation: Present menus to guests and assist them in selecting food and beverages.
Order Handling:
Taking Orders: Efficiently take orders from customers, ensuring accuracy.
Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to communicate orders promptly.
Recommendations: Answer questions and provide recommendations for complementary items.
Service Delivery:
Food and Beverage Service: Serve meals and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
Quality Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues with a positive attitude.
Billing: Issue bills and accept payments.
Requirements and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
Experience: Proven experience as a restaurant server or waiter/waitress.
Cashier Skills: Familiarity with cashier duties.
Cleanliness and Safety: Attention to cleanliness and safety protocols.
People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
Reliability: Responsible and trustworthy.
Education: While a high school diploma is a plus, it's not strictly required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 4-6 months of experience in Food Service and Kitchen.

- Hospitality or Culinary Education is an asset.

- Open to various locations in Canada (Inside and Outside GTA, ON. Inside and Outside of Lower Mainland, BC and other provinces)
