Both frame and mattress bought in 2022.
Mattress cover always used.
Comes from single university female, no children, pets, or smoking exposure.

Only used during fall and winter terms (six months a year).
Moved once, both mattress and frame are light.

Apartment building has an elevator. I can arrange for your vehicle to come into the garage and park directly beside the elevator.

Mattress is comfortable but more on the firm side for lumbar support. Bought from sleep country and is a Simmons BeautyRest fusion mattress. See tag picture for contents of mattress.
