- The house is clean and well-kept, there is also a housekeeper who comes in every week to take care of the common areas. The kitchen is shared between 3/4 people, and the bathroom is private. There is coin laundry on site (at a cheaper rate than most places). The current residents are also very nice, clean, and quiet. Most of them are students or young professionals in their 20s.
