This 10" Ryobi drill press, Model DP-102L, has a powerful motor and smooth bearings. The pulley arrangement allows for multiple speeds, and the light focussed on the drill bit helps with accurate lining-up of the piece to be drilled. (The laser alignment light doesn't work, and was never useful in the first place.)

The stand is very sturdy -- it was sold by Sears intended for a table saw.

Included is a separate clamp and the original instructions.

The press has been wonderfully helpful to me over many years, but has not been used a lot, and now I have to get rid of it because I am moving into supportive living.

Priced for quick sale, the drill press is sold as-is, where-is, cash only.

I can't help carry it up the stairs, so it would be best for you to bring a helper, but you could disassemble the press from the stand and carry them separately.
