We are hiring a full time Class 1 Driver to join our team at Blue Creek Construction Inc.
qualifications required:
Experience with End Dump, Triple axel, semi-trailers hauling mud and gravel
- A valid Class 1 driver's licence with air and driver's abstract is required
- Experience in a heavy construction environment
- Experience hauling gravel
- Experience hauling asphalt considered an asset
- Positive attitude and punctual considered an asset
- Understands and abides to weights and scale operations
- Must be able to work up to 50 hours/week and overtime hours if applicable
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive working in a team environment
- Must conduct a daily pre-operational vehicle/equipment inspection checklist
- Steel toed boots are required
- Must be in good physical condition and health to perform job duties
