And there there is newly built washroom with standing shower and sink.
There are 2 single beds and a small fridge and microwave. It also has heater and ventilation vents. Dryer and washer are in basement you can share with us limitations applied.
You will have your privacy except laundry to be used after 6pm or weekends or weekends. You will be responsible for cleanliness and hygiene in basement. I have my family living upstairs.
No smoking or drinking alcahol inside the house smoking is permitted outside only cigaretts or vape nothing else plz.
Ladies can visit you limited visits.
First and last month rent is a must.
So. And plz note $550 per month for each person. And utilities bill can be shared.
Free unlimited wifi is available.
No parking available at all.
There is visitors parking only in days.
Go station is 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes in bus. Plaza and mall close by.
