Looking for 1-2 strong people to help move large/heavy items into an outdoor garbage bin. This is a one-time job, ideal for a pair who can lift and carry furniture, appliances, etc. Pay is negotiable based on the amount of work required.

Live-in roommate situation available. Free rent in exchange for doing drywall repair/renovations in the bathroom. Must be able to have some drywall experience. Could be a short-term or longer-term arrangement depending on what works best.
