We purchased this trailer from an elderly couple out of Longview AB in the Spring of 2017. It was hardly used. They bought such a large trailer c/w 4 bunks in hopes that their grand children would get better use out of it, which did not pan out for them.
When they purchased it, they added the solar package.
Since our ownership, we have completed the following additional work: we upgraded the external sewer hookup (connector purchased from Snowy Peaks RV) added a canopy to the pullout (professionally installed by Snowy Peaks RV out of Fernie BC), bought a better battery setup (install & configuration by Outback RV Calgary), added custom bunk bed rails ourselves (as it came with none), upgraded the queen size mattress. We've done all the winterizing ourselves using anti-freeze only (Snowy Peaks showed us how).
The biggest maintenance item was in the summer of 2023, both axles had to be replaced along with all four tires. The story here was as follows: we had a bearing maintenance scheduled to take place at Snowy Peaks RV. When we brought it in, they noticed some uneven tire wear. Upon further investigation they noticed that one of the axles was slightly bent. Their recommendation was to change both axles along with all four tires, and so we did.
We've decided to move on from RV'ing for the time being. It sleeps 8-9. Trailer has been well maintained and beautifully kept. Trailer is currently located at the Mountainview Sports & Handicapped Society - Cremona, Alberta. Very close to the Elkton campground. If you are coming from Calgary it takes about 1hr 15 minutes to get there (~80km away). As members, we've always stowed the trailer here, which has allowed us to use it when parked as it's not a storage facility.
We've always covered the trailer in the off season. Trailer is in great shape overall, has a sizeable fridge, and the layout is fantastic. TV and DVD player included.
All dinner and cooking wares could be purchased upon negotiation (not included in the price).
