In search of a room to rent as soon as May 1st. Must be pet friendly I have one very well behaved small to medium sized dog. He's very timid and mild-mannered and not a dangerous or fighting breed. Full-time student and looking mostly for a place to do my school work. I am in between places after a breakup so looking for a place as soon as possible so I can get back in my school routine. Budget is 600 to 1000 depending on what's included. Cause of wifi definitely has to be included and some cooking capability is a must but not expecting full kitchen or anything. Laundry would be a bonus. Quiet and mostly keep to myself, like my video games, tv, my dog and my studies.
