We sell a comprehensive range of high-quality select products and services for home renovations and home improvements, and help contractors, designers, custom home builders, and customers alike, discover exceptional products for their home. We have both a showroom in Orangeville Ontario, and online eCommerce store where customers can purchase our products and services, including; a range of wall and floor venting solutions, hardwood, laminate, vinyl flooring, outdoor kitchens, outdoor patio furniture, and custom kitchen cabinetry. We are a hybrid work environment, between working from home, the showroom office, and often visit our client sites. As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager - Business Operations to manage the day-to-day strategy of our online and showroom business. We are looking for someone with experience working with the home renovation and construction business, is experienced with inventory management and maintaining relationships, and has a proven track record working across various departments to align sales, marketing and contractor teams, set clear goals, track financial performance, execute initiatives and improve processes. Role and Responsibilities Project Manager responsible for managing large complex construction projects, financial strategy, procurement and inventory management processes for our online and showroom stores Monitoring and improving the day-to-day functions of Banner Brands eComm and showroom, including; inventory management, maintaining team cohesion, and managing installations and business partners' needs Responsible for quarterly and annual financial projections and modeling, Building and improving processes based on our business goals, and measuring efficiencies of systems and procedures Experience working in the construction, design, or home improvement industry with a proven track record working across multiple business functions Establishing business measurement KPIs, tracking mechanisms, and conduct quality assessment checks of existing processes ongoing People management experience is preferred, with experience managing small teams up to 5 people Managing the planning and purchasing of our end-to-end supply chain and inventory for both our online, showroom, and warehouse Experience maintaining strong relationships with strategic suppliers and contractors alike Acting as a product expert in the showroom, and ambassador in the Orangeville and local construction community Managing and defining Paid and Organic digital marketing strategies with awareness through to conversion-focused tactics across Google, Instagram, Facebook, email marketing Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Management, or Finance related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management or similar a Business Operations Manager position, with 2 years experience in people management Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in a client-facing environment, and leading a small team Strong working knowledge of operations management processes, project management, and experience managing end-to-end business operations for mid-sized company Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes Accomplished in relationship building and business negotiation processes with clients Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel; experience manipulating data sets, inventory tables, and creating Pivot Tables is a must Experience working with contractors, builders, designers, and real estate agents Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and lead a team to achieve business goals Strong time management, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and improve on inefficiencies Preferred Experience and Qualifications PMP certified or similar qualification is preferred Experience with creating full-funnel marketing strategies (paid and organic), and managing marketing campaigns is preferred Experience in project implementation, including planning, execution, and monitoring Proven track record creating and executing eCommerce sales strategies is preferred If you are interested in applying to this role, please share your resume via email to info@bannerbrandsgroup.com, citing the specific role you are interested in applying for in the email subject line.
