Seeking lead hand for paving crew:

Salary ranges from $27.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience and can increase over time.

Main duties would be to operate the paver and to ensure proper site production.
- Experienced in asphalt paving primarily (some experience in concrete is a plus).
- A valid Class 5 driver's license is required (Class 3 with air is a plus).
- Experience operating a paver and screed.
- Experience with finishing an asphalt mat.
- Experience with concrete forming and finishing is a plus (but not required).
- Experience with operating equipment is a plus (skid steer, hauling equipment trailers, etc.).
- Motivated, safety conscious, punctual, and responsible.
- Experience directing or coordinating a crew.
- Experience reading blueprints.

We're looking for an experienced individual to work with the crew for miscellaneous job scopes from start to finish with the help of the Superintendent and Project Manager. We're looking for someone who can be a value added to the company, and the right fit, to help us expand and grow. Please note that this position requires to be on site operating equipment and working on tools as required.

Position is full time seasonal with the potential for winter snow clearing work for the right candidate or full time salary position. GO Paving is continuously growing and we're hoping you can join our team. Wage is to be discussed and agreed upon, depending on candidate and experience (potential for salary in the future).

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
Schedule: 10 - 14 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
