• Have assisted warehouse directors, managers and supervisors
• Ability to engage in manual activities and online virtual labor, as required, including but not limited to prolonged Internet and online presence.
• Prior production, online, and offline and related experience
• Experience as a first point of contact for clients, executives and external partners by greeting them and answering e-mails, texts and phone calls.
• Ability to consistently maintain accuracy
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Demonstrated teamwork and ability to work cooperatively.
• Able to communicate fluently with conversing, reading, and writing English.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
