Freshly excavated rich soil. Grass layer had been discarded already so this is just topsoil. Great for sodding/over seeding/grading.

As I have a bobcat, I can also grade for a small fee.

If anyone happens to be near the area tomorrow, I can do a partial load also (minimum 2 cu yards)
