I have a barely used electric hot water tank. I moved into my home in 2020. A few months later my builder installed a tankless hot water system. Reason being I needed to free up electrical for my hot tub. Tank is almost never used. You will need to lift this unit out of the basement. I would recommend bringing 2 to 3 people. 800$ or best offer
