We will be limiting the number of people allowed into the apt at one time. Please be aware that you may have to wait outside. To reduce your time at the sale and to enable others to enter more quickly, we encourage viewing photos online in advance of attending the sale to have an idea of what may be of interest. There will be a list outside the main entrance to mark your place in line to enable you to wait in your vehicles. Please line up 5 minutes prior to the opening time in your numbered spot.

IMPORTANT. Parking is permitted on surrounding streets. Please do not park in visitor spots as they are reserved for residents due to construction.

Your health and safety is very important to us. Therefore, even with restrictions lifted, feel free to wear a face mask. We will have hand sanitizer provided on site. Please do not attend the sale if you feel sick, have Covid symptoms, or been exposed to high risk situations.

We offer fair prices but are mindful that we do not own the goods and we are working our best for our client while giving you a fair price.
