Residence & Conference Centre – Hamilton is the student residence located on the Mohawk College Fennell campus, and opens to the public May through August!

Our spacious Two Bedroom Suites provide an excellent summer alternative to hotels or short-term rentals.

Each Two Bedroom Suite includes:

• 2 private bedrooms (double bed, desk, chair, lamp in each bedroom)
• Beds are made with linens and 2 pillows
• 3 piece washroom (shower, sink, toilet)
• Washroom is supplied with amenities (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels)
• Kitchenette with microwave, full sized fridge and sink (please note – we do not provide cutlery or dishes)
• Weekly housekeeping
• Complimentary parking and Wi-Fi

Guests of the residence enjoy access to:

• Pay-per-load laundry room on the first floor
• Common kitchen with oven/stovetop (first come, first served basis)
• Games room with pool table and ping pong table
• Gas BBQ and picnic area
• 24 hour Front Desk

Rates are tax exempt for a minimum 30 night stay.

A 10% deposit is due to confirm reservation, with monthly installments scheduled upon booking. A valid Visa or Mastercard is required to book a suite, though payments can be made by debit, Visa, or Mastercard (NO cash or American Express).
