Playstation 4 (original). It has been factory reset. Comes with Dark Souls 3 game and original console box.
I started it recently and works fine though one would have to go through a bit of setup to prove fully functional but it has simply sat on an entertainment console and aside from dust scratches on the case should be like new. If you would like to test it before buying you are welcome to at my home.
