$400.00 bike is in perfect shape it is a hybrid. Brakes are soft just need to be topped up with mineral oil on-top the leavers. Quick release everything. It has the narrow tires but can fit wider depends on your preference. This is a fast and responsive bike I've had it topped at about 63km/h. The bike itself is built strong but super light. Great commuter bike or long riding bike.
