✔The GARDEN SUITE has large windows and glass door to go outside in the south facing fenced backyard, a day bed (single bed) and everything you need while you look for your next accommodation or have just arrived in Toronto. NOTE: although the studio is self contained with own kitchen, the bathroom is shared with another room.

✔This large bright and secluded hide away is at the end of the hallway on the lower level of the house (1 flight of stairs down). Bathroom with shower/bathtub. Bedding included. Towels if needed. No toiletries provided (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap).

✔ Key-pad lock for early check-in/late check-out

✔ FRONT PORCH to lock a bike at night or smoke

✔FREE LAUNDRY in the basement

✔Gigabit WiFi (Rogers)

✔KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, gas stove and gas oven.

★CLEANING: when you move in, the studio is cleaned professionally. When you move out, the place should be cleaned professionally in the same state you found it. If you want to pay a cleaner, the fee is $50 (taken from the $200 deposit returned when you leave).

★COMMON AREAS: cleaned by management twice a week, including garbage and recycling bag disposal

★DEPOSIT: $200 to secure the room, refunded when you check out after 1 month.

★MONTHLY FEE: You pay once you have checked in the studio. Door code provided once you pay the deposit to secure the place (interac, cash or TD direct deposit)
