Jayco Jay Flight SLX 264BHW, there is a small puncture hole in the back top panel which happened while backing, and accidently hit a gutter, I have the part to replace the top panel, it was originally priced at 22000, took 2000 off for this small puncture which has been fully covered since it happened so no water going in at all (see photo)
