Encompassed here is a list of the Pro's and Con's as honestly as I can represent them.

The Pro's (items remedied or replaced over the last year or two):

- Tires, Brakes , Block heater end, Tie Rod ends, Ball joints with A frames, Battery, Thermostat, Cabin Air Filter (didn't come with one from factory for whatever reason), Upgraded LED Headlamps and LED Fog lamps, Windscreen, Synthetic oil changes, Rear hatch button replacement, Front and rear Bosch wiper blades.

- Heated leather seating, working A/C, V6 Engine, Tow receiver and hitch for hauling, Cruise etc that come with the XLT trim. I'll even throw in a free iPod Touch so you can listen to your Apple iTunes since they've taken away the aux jack on newer phones and the SUV doesn't have Apple Car Play.

The Con's:

- Missing washer fluid cap ($10-$20 replacement at Canadian tire), only one key fob, small engine oil leak and rear differential axle seals leak (they are just enough to exist but neither dribble on ground), sunroof that only opens to vent (doesn't wish to slide back fully open), and aesthetic paint damage in spots with rust areas on wheel arches.

That should cover it. It's been a good vehicle to me and I've mended or upgraded where possible. Would make for a reliable first vehicle to someone who wants AWD for winter, great headlights, nitrogen filled Michelin tires and a flawless windscreen.
