It's a 2010 KZ-Spree Fifth wheel Model 305 BH. It is a 3 season camper, the floor is fully insulated. The roof has been completely resealed. We added a small lift to the trailer for better clearance. Set up with a solar panel to keep batteries charged. Unique design with 2 double bunks at the front of the trailer and queen bed in a separate room at the back. Everything is in perfect working condition. Tires are good.
