We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborers and Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our team in Pickering.

As a Laborer and/or Operator, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support warehouse operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Load and unload materials from trucks or containers


• Move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, clamp trucks, or other equipment


• Assist with order picking and packing


• Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment


• Keep the warehouse clean and organized


• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred


• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus


• Ability to operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other machinery safely and efficiently


• Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks


• Proficient in order picking and packing processes


• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time


• Basic math skills for inventory management

• Range from $18.00/HR - $22.00/HR depending on job position

• 8 hour shift


• Day shift


• Monday to Friday


• Overtime


• Weekends as needed
