About the Position:

We are currently seeking a skilled full-time flooring installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing Resilient Flooring, Sheet Vinyl, and Floor Preparation in commercial settings. Please note that we do not work with subcontractors.

Position Requirements:

• Follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Follow established safety protocols.
• Perform proper techniques of floor care and preparation of areas to be serviced.
• Able to operate and maintain all flooring tools and equipment.
• Understand various floor adhesives and their specifications, limitations, and application methods.
• Able to qualify and correct slab conditions to receive all relevant floor surfaces installed.
• Understand specifications and know how to handle, cut, and manipulate all floor types.
• Understand order of duties in relation to all flooring installation.
• Must have valid driver's license.
