My roommate is leaving on 21st and this is excellent opportunity for someone who is coming to a city, student, contractor, graduate, and looking for a room, or apartment in the city.
U will have good base to see places in the city, visit places, talk to renters, for your self to choose instead of paying for AirBnb, motel or a hotel.
This is only temporary until I find my self a roommate.
U will have to be comfortable with a facts that other people will come over to see the room.
U have to be clean, tidy, and maintain the room in clean state.

Deposit $350, u will get it back when u leave.
All included.
U have to be aware that this is not AirBnb and you will be treated as a roommate and not as a hotel guest. What it means, u will not be served or cater to.
The idea here is to DO U A FAVOUR, until u find your self a room, or apartment, in the city.
Everywhere else they will charge u $100 to $300 a night, so be aware that we are doing you a favour.
