we are looking for a Female customer service representative to perform daily office duties and customer support. The Receptionist is often the first representative of the showroom to greet visitors by phone and in person. Making a strong, positive and helpful first impression, reflects the high value we place on guest experience. The receptionist will primarily answer telephone and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner and provide information and assist the client as needed. Candidate need to be willing to work on Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm & Sundays 11 am to 3pm. Having prior experience is a plus! Hiring immediately!

Job duties include:
Ability to take reliable messages and reply accurate details.
General Light Cleaning: You will be expected to keep the showroom and office clean.

Uploading Photos: You will be trained to take photos of all of our inventory and will responsible for uploading them into the social media.

Signs: You will be trained on producing colors/name labels to our our products name and information.(if needed)
You will be trained to walk with the clients while they view the inventory, hold the tiles physically.( if needed).

If you have experience with slab, tiles sales, showrooms or any other building products, your experience will be a plus and your starting wage will be adjusted depending on the experience.

Not must it will be an asset to have a good understanding of computers, Microsoft Office & QuickBooks.
