I have a few spots for bi-weekly or monthly cleaning

Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday service


Flat rate (firm and not negotiable): -$180.00 for 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1 half bathroom, 1 kitchen with dining, 1 living room, laundry room, entry way, hallway and stairs without basement for standard cleaning.


**all extra rooms not mentioned above are not included or extra cost. **

**customer needs to provide their own vacuum, mop, broom, cloth, toilet brush, sponges, paper towel and garbage bags for hygienic purposes (I don't want to use the same equipments to a different home, you need to have your own cleaning stuffs)**

I only bring my own cleaning solutions (sprays).

Services under our standard cleaning:

Bathrooms (2 and half bathroom only): – tub, toilet, shower, sinks, inside windows and blinds, countertop, baseboards, mirrors, wash floors, light switches, doors and exterior of cabinets)

Bedrooms (up to 3 bedrooms only):
– dusting, mirror, baseboards, inside windows and floors / carpet, disinfects and vacuum, light switches, doors and exterior of cabinets

Kitchen:
- inside microwave, stovetop only, sink, countertop, inside window and blinds, floor, baseboard, backsplash, dusting, light switches, doors, exterior of cabinets and polish exterior of appliances.

Staircase and hallway:
– dusting, floor / carpet (vacuum & disinfects) and baseboards, light switches, and doors

Laundry room:
– outside of washing machine and dryer only, floor, counter top, light switches, and doors.

Living room:
– inside window, dusting, baseboard, floor / carpet (vacuum & disinfects), light switches, doors and exterior of cabinets only.
