Job Opportunity: ESTIMATOR & CONTRACTS NEGOTIATOR for DECKS, FENCES, PATIOS RETAINING WALLS
We are currently seeking an experienced ESTIMATOR-DEAL NEGOTIATOR to provide quotes and sign contracts with clients for projects involving decks, fences, patios, and retaining walls.
The ideal candidate will have industry experience and a proven track record in contracting.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Industry experience in estimating-deal making for decks, fences, patios, and retaining walls.
Must be over 45 years old, LOCALLY BORN, with English as mother tongue.
Ability to generate accurate quotes and negotiate contracts with clients.
Own a reliable car, laptop, and cell phone.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide quotes and sign contracts with clients for deck, fence, patio, and retaining wall projects.
Utilize leads provided by the company to secure new projects.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all estimates and contracts.
COMPENSATION:
This is a 100% commission-based position.
SERVICE AREAS:
QUOTES-NEW CONTRACTS required in North York, Toronto, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Markham.
