Hi! I'm currently looking for a roommate as my current one is moving out at the end of this month!
I am a 22 year old female, working full time. So my ideal roommate would be another female my age, though I am very LBGTQ friendly so you don't NEED to be female identifying of course.
Rent is $1100 total, everything included (WiFi as well) You will be getting the larger bedroom of the 2 but will still just be paying $550 monthly as I will, I wouldn't never ask for more than half just because you're in the larger bedroom. It has a very large, double sided closet. Which right now has things like the A/C unit inside which I can take out of there if needed!! You are welcome to bring in any furniture you have if you wish. The place is MOSTLY furnished, aside from a TV in the living room, as well as furniture in what would be your bedroom.
I'm currently in the midst of painting all the walls white, as they are currently Sad Landlord Beige, but you are welcome to paint your bedroom whatever colour you like as long as you paint it back to white afterwards. Otherwise I will just paint it white if you don't white to paint it!
The building is right downtown, so it's close to many things, very convenient. It is also pet friendly with the exception of dogs. I currently have 2 cats that roam freely around the apartment. And 5 more that stay shut in my bedroom (mama and 4 newborn kittens) they will not all be staying of course lol. Just until they are able to be adopted out!
