CTA West, a premier basketball training program for top-tier athletes, is on the lookout for a licensed private chef or a professional catering company to provide high-quality, nutritious meals for our dedicated athletes 7 days a week from September 2024 until the end of February 2025.

What We Are Looking For:

Licensed Professionals: Must be a certified and licensed chef or caterer with experience in nutritional planning.
Sports Nutrition Knowledge: An understanding of the dietary needs specific to athletes, including meal planning that supports rigorous training schedules.
Flexibility and Creativity: Ability to adapt menus to dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring delicious and varied meal options.
Consistency and Reliability: Commitment to providing meals on a regular schedule throughout the athletes' training season.
Budget Conscious: We have a set meal budget per player - we require someone who can work within our budget.

Responsibilities:

Provide nutritious, family-style suppers, 7 days a week for approximately 16 athletes, aged 18. Our program runs from September until the end of February. We observe a Christmas break and no meals are required when the athletes are out of town at tournaments. The meals are served at our dormitory dining room and we have possible access to a commercial kitchen.
