Excellent condition, new powrful Brook 1.5 hp outtake fan with switch and power wiring. Bought used, cleaned it all up, added extra 3' paneling, but never used.
30 brand new cardboard filters. 9 slightly used additional filters. Glass and plexiglass included for openings in wall and ceiling for lighting. I just never got around to installing them.
