I bought this sofa for my home office about 3 years ago when everyone was working from home. I no longer need it as my daughter is moving into what used to be my home office! It's like new, used only here and there. Its perfect in a small space and sleeps a single person comfortably. I paid $350 for it. Its 73' wide and 35' deep. Folds up nicely and should fit in an SUV. No smoking in our home and no stains or tears. Thanks. Robert
