Job Description:
As an Airbnb Cleaning Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties are in pristine condition for each and every guest. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and resetting rooms following Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol, restocking essential items, and assisting with laundry. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining high cleanliness standards.

House Type: Detached 4 Bedroom and 2.5 Bathroom

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays, based on booking schedules. There are some same day check outs and check-in. Which means you will have to get the property ready within the timeframe of check out (11 AM) and check in (3 PM)
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

1. General Cleaning:
* Dust all surfaces, including shelves, tables, lamps, and decorative items
* Vacuum all floors and carpets
* Mop or steam clean floors as necessary
* Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
* Wipe down all light switches, doorknobs, and handles
* Empty all trash and recycling bins
2. Kitchen:
* Clean and disinfect all countertops, sinks, and appliances, including the stovetop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator
* Clean and disinfect all cabinets and drawers, inside and out
* Clean and disinfect the kitchen table and chairs
* Check and restock all kitchen supplies, such as dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags
3. Bathrooms:
* Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including the sink, shower, bathtub, and toilet
* Clean and disinfect all mirrors and glass surfaces
* Check and restock all bathroom supplies, such as toilet paper, towels, lotion and soap
* Wash and disinfect all bath mats and rugs if needed
4. Bedrooms:
* Change all linens and bedding, including sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers. Do laundry of towels and all beddings.
* Fluff and rearrange all pillows and cushions
* Dust all surfaces, including nightstands, lamps, and desk table
* Vacuum under the bed and in all corners
5. Additional Tasks:
* Check and restock any necessary supplies, such as dish soap, and toiletries
* Clean and disinfect any high-touch surfaces, such as remote controls and light switches, tables
* Dust any decorative items
* Inspect the property for any damages or maintenance needs.
