Included is a 36' 2012 Wildwood Park Model 36BHBS with a full-size fridge, corner shower, central air conditioning and heat. There is a slide in the master bedroom and a super slide in the kitchen/living area. At the front of the trailer is the kids bunkhouse with three bunks and a small dinette that converts to a fourth bunk.

Enjoy entertaining in your custom built 12' x 27' bug free, maintenance free addition that is currently used as a dining/living area (or sometimes a bedroom). This fully finished space is complete with blinds, curtains, ceiling fans, LED string lights w/ remote and pine walls. This “great room” will help you make memories for many years to come. Almost everything you need to move in and enjoy is included with the sale; Bedding for Master Bedroom and kids bunkhouse, some dishes, kitchenware and cutlery, a newer bbq with utensils, TV, lawnmower, futon, patio table and chairs, ‘real' mattresses for the Queen bed and two of the four twin beds.

A shed and fire pit area are located in behind the trailer for you enjoyment as well with four adirondack chairs. We have owned this unit since new and it has only been on the road for 200kms. It is in good condition!

Seasonal lot fees have been paid for the year. Tall Timber Lodge is a family friendly park that is found on the mouth of the Bird River. It has a store with vendor, private boat launch with fuel located on the water, in ground pool and shaded playground.
