CONTAINER SIZES, CONDITIONS, & DESCRIPTIONS

For all deliveries over 250km away from our yard at 650 Hazelhurst Road, Mississauga, a deposit of 50% will be required.

—10 FOOT CONTAINERS

*10' Used (Painted!)
A mid-grade container, cut down into a 10', with your choice of a roll-up door or barn doors, painted your colour of choice.

*10' One Trip
A one trip container, cutdown into a 10', with your choice of a roll-up door or barn doors.

*10' Factory One-Trip
These will come with 4 corner posts, reinforced forklift pockets, extra vents, an easy open handle, and a lockbox for additional security.

—20 FOOT CONTAINERS

*20' Construction Grade
These containers are our rough shape containers, expect a good amount of rust and dents, might have an odor, but are still wind&water-tight.

*20' Mid-Grade
These containers will still have some rust and dents, but will be noticeably better than the construction grade containers in all aspects.

*20' Good Used
The best used containers there is. They are a step above the mid-grade containers. Not always in stock.

*20' One-Trip
These are containers that have been used once to get them into North America and are the closest thing to new you can get. These containers will come with extra vents, an easy open handle, and a lockbox for additional security.

*20' One-Trip Double-Door
One-trips with doors on both ends of the container.

*20' One-Trip High Cube
One-trip containers that are 9'6” in height compared to the standard height of 8'6”.

*20' One-Trip with Side Doors
These are one-trip containers with 2 additional sets of barn doors on the side of the container.

*20' One-Trip Open-Side
A one-trip with bi-fold doors along one side of the container, allowing the entire side to open up.

—40 FOOT CONTAINERS -

*40' Con. Grade - Standard / High Cube
These are rougher shape containers that will have lots of rust and dents, could have an odor, but will still be wind&water-tight. Standards are 8'6” in height and high cubes are 9'6”.

*40' Mid-Grade - Standard / High Cube
These containers will still have some rust and dents, but will be noticeably better than the construction grade containers in all aspects. Standards are 8'6” in height and high cubes are 9'6”.

*40' One-Trip High Cube
These are containers that have been used once to get them into North America and are the closest thing to new you can get. These containers will come with extra vents, an easy open handle, and a lockbox for additional security.

*45' High Cube Construction Grade
These are rougher shape containers that will have lots of rust and dents, could have an odor, but will still be wind&water-tight. All of our 45' containers are high cubes(9'6” tall).

*45' High Cube Mid-Grade
These containers will still have some rust and dents, but will be noticeably better than the construction grade containers in all aspects.

53' High Cube Steel Used
These containers are 53' long, are high cubes(9'6”tall), and an extra half a foot wider than other containers. 53'L x 9'6”H x 8'6”W.

These containers are high cubes(9'6” tall) and are built to the same specs as a regular reefer, just without the refrigeration unit.

These containers are high cubes(9'6” tall) and are built to the same specs as a regular reefer, just without the refrigeration unit.

**All rentals require a deposit equal to the first and last month's rent, plus cost of delivery and pickup.**

—MODIFICATIONS

**All modifications over $500 require a deposit of 50%/$1000, whichever is higher. The cost of modifications on reefer units is roughly 30% more. There will be roughly 3 weeks between time of deposit and time of mod completion (varies greatly based on time of year).**

Steel cover to minimize access of bolt cutters, reducing risk of theft. Container locks available as well.
