2007 Dutchmen Monte Vista 35RB

Excellent condition, quad bunks, two bathrooms, four slides, two AC units

We are the 2nd owners and the first owner had it from 2007 to 2020. This trailer has only ever been stored in Wilderness Village campground outside of Rocky Mountain House its entire life, both the original owner and ourselves were members. Since it hasn't been bounced up and down the roads, the trailer is in really excellent condition.

Quad bunks in the rear, complete with second bathroom, full closet and large drawers on each side. Each side of the bunk house has its own slide-out, so lots of room here. Perfect for large families, keeps the kids and there friends contained in there own living area.

Main living area is very large and bright with another slide-out providing additional living space. Two Dinette/Sofa's each convert to a double bed. This trailer can sleep 10 comfortably. Upgraded entertainment center as well with newer LCD TV and upgraded audio as well.

Master bedroom has full size Queen bed, huge closet with sliding doors, additional shelving with washer and dryer prep, second fireplace and second air conditioner. There is a fourth slide out here providing even more space.

Outside the trailer is in great shape as well. Some fading and peeling decals, but overall very good for the year. Awning was brand new in 2021.

Fifth wheel is currently located just outside of Rocky Mountain House.
