Administrative Assistant (AccountsReceivable and Payable) / Yard Operator

Eddie's Gravel Supply Ltd. is looking to hire an upbeat motivated individual.

Duties include but are not limited to the following: Accounts Receivables and Payables, Running errands as needed, Help with Processing hours for Payroll, Sales and customer service, General Accounting Reading and understanding contracts and tender documents, Billing Monthly, account reconciliation/ Processing Statements, Clerical Tasks, Answering the phone and monitoring emails, Loading customers in the yard.
Ordering supplies for the office
Other duties as assigned 

Requirements: 
Must be able to work 6- 8 hour days 5 days a week and Saturdays in the Summer months.
Minimum 2 years of AR / AP experience High School or equivalent
Operating experience an asset
Experience and knowledge of basic accounting Experience and knowledge of QuickBooks
Must be able to meet deadlines
Customer Service Skills
Detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication skills
Superior organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Must work well with others and independently
Must have a valid driver's license and the means to travel to and from Winnipeg Beach
Criminal record check
Trust worthy and dependable 

Assets: 
Knowledge of aggregates
