PAYROLL ASSISTANT (ENTRY – LEVEL)
We are currently seeking a payroll assistant for the Richmond Hill area. This is a full time position with room for growth within the company.
Location: Hwy 7 and East Beaver Creek
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm ( FULL TIME)
Compensation: TBD
Start Date: ASAP
The ideal candidate must have at least 1-2 years' experience as a payroll assistant. Duties include but are not limited to back up payroll entry; maintaining payroll information for new hires, terminations and changes to existing employees; maintenance of benefit plan; and coordination with HR department.
Experience in ADP an asset but not required. Education in Payroll a must.
Work experience, and common sense is greatly valued for this position.
