We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating a world-class home buying experience for our customers, guiding them through the process of designing a new mini home or modular home.

This is an in-office sales position with leads generated from digital marketing, walk-in traffic and networking.

Responsibilities:

Represent the Westmorland Homes brand professionally and effectively while adhering to the company's guidelines
Identify and communicate competitive advantages of purchasing Westmorland Homes to clients
Meet sales goals and support team members
Complete and monitor purchase agreements to ensure all terms and conditions are met by their critical dates
Arrange, coordinate, and document Pre-Delivery Inspections with the purchasers
Produce detailed weekly reports
Qualifications:

Previous sales, retail or customer service experience
Specific experience in new homes sales preferred is a strong asset
Top-notch communication skills – must be able to build rapport with clients
Experience with negotiating and positioning value
Must be a problem-solver who is willing to go above and beyond
Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
Excellent phone, email, text and social media skills
Experience with CRM or other related database is an asset
Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
To be successful in this role, you must possess an ability to create an initial rapport, establish trusting relationships and provide a high degree of leadership that allows customers to have the confidence to select Westmorland Homes as their housing solution.
