I'm wondering if there are any FREE 20 pound standard propane BBQ tanks that are used and cannot be refilled. I use the BBQ tanks for welded art work that I have done in the past as a personable hobby. Even if the used BBQ tanks have some rust on them I can clean them and do my welding.
