At Elevated Healing, my goal, as a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner, is to offer hope to all individuals who are suffering from chronic health issues, pain & illness by using the clinically proven'Spinal Flow Technique'.

Spinal Flow is a natural healing technique, that is based on the science of how stress affects the body & nervous system.

When our bodies take on more stress than it can handle or process, that stress physically gets stored in our bodies, particularly in the spine as a spinal blockage.
When we have spinal blockages, it impedes the function of our nervous system, shutting it down into ‘protection' mode, and this is the very reason why people start to get health problems. Our bodies CANNOT heal in this state.
