We are wife and husband at age of around 70 living alone in newly build house on Terrace dr, Delta. BC. Me an my wife are living on ground floor and There are four rooms on the above floor with attached both room. There are two big rooms and others two rooms are media size. Each room has its own shelf.
Kitchen is on ground floor,
The following are term and conditions for the tenants!!
1- These rooms are only and only available for national and international
girls students.
2- No boy/man is allowed to visit them in there rooms.
3- No one is allowed to bring drug, Mariana, cigarettes inside house.
4- the room rent for room vary from 1000-1200$ ca. including gas, electricity, and water bill. This is centrally air conditioning.
