**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a General Production Helper. This part-time position involves assisting with various production tasks within our cannabis cultivation and processing facility. Additionally, the candidate will receive training to support administrative documentation, contributing to the smooth operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of cannabis production, including planting, harvesting, trimming, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with health and safety standards.
- Receive training to help manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
- Be willing to take on various roles and responsibilities as required by the evolving needs of the company.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Previous experience in cannabis production or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
