-Electric trailer brakes just serviced
-New stabilizer jacks just installed.
-Re sealed the roof multiple times not because it needed it but for peace of mind.
-Comes with vent covers.
-Tires are in good shape.
-Propane tanks are expired, battery condition is unknown, forgot to take it out this winter.

Has a good layout with bedroom kitchen and bathroom. No bunks.
Always kept clean
Never had any issues with mice.

Newer water pump
6 gal hot water tank.
2 way fridge gas/electric
Does come with a newer style mattress and not a cheap one.

Some wear & tear but overall in amazing condition. No leaks. I have used the trailer for when I'm away at work, so any problems that did happen did not go unnoticed.
Have also used the trailer for bush camping and everything works as it should. Super awesome trailer, worked great for me. Recently upgraded so no longer need this one. Asking 8000
Awning does work, surprisingly.
