Posting a job position:
We are currently for a family of four that are responsible/ bondable to operate a food trailer at the resort village of Elbow Saskatchewan of the coming summer months, two couples or the right mix of individuals do to the same. Business will be open from May until later September.
Applicants must hold a Canadian citizenship, be dependable, focused, hard working, speak and understand English, must enjoy interacting with public, willing to treat this business as if it were their own, have a valid Saskatchewan food handling certificate (willing to help provide) and a valid class 5 driver's license.
Duties will include: general preparation of food, cooking and serving, ensure site is clean of garbage, maintain operational standards in the trailer along with anything else that falls within these lines of business operation.
Preference given to Candidates with prior food handling experience , but be assured all interested parties will be openly considered. A more detailed business plan will be shared with who ever decides to work with us.
Elbow Saskatchewan is located on the edge of Lake Diefenbaker between the major cities of Saskatoon and Regina. This is a growing resort community in the heart of an agricultural hub of the province.
The business is a 16 foot Class E food trailer that is going to be located on commercial lots along a busy roadway in the village of Elbow.
As stated, this is the first year of operation and successful applicants will have a chance to have inputs into the business ideas.
Menu plans are a typical selection, with other local area food items being planned.
