A roomy, private bedroom with private bath for one person only (no animals!) in a spacious family home in an excellent neighbourhood. Rent includes tasty meals, all utilities, internet access, parking, laundry facilities and private 3/4 bath across the hall. We only have the one boarder in the house.

Available September 1st, though earlier is a possibility so do ask if necessary.

The room has a double bed, linens, towels, dresser, closet, night stand, lamps, mirror, desk, and two book shelves.
We are located in south central Red Deer (Mountview area) close to Red Deer College, downtown, and the hospital.
No drugs nor alcohol. Smoke-free. Looking for the right border to fit with our family of four plus dog.

No accommodation for other animals.

We have been renting out for over 10 years and are familiar with welcoming a variety of new people into our home.

Two people sharing the space will not be a consideration.
